5 startups are selected to attend The Track, Visa Acceleration Program.

Beetech, Dataholics, Foxbit, NextOne and Saffe were selected and they are going to attend The Track, Visa Acceleration Program in partnership with Kyvo and GSVlabs, is now over.

After two months of registrations, 3,7 thousands of website access and aroud 180 registered entrepreneurs, PlugCLXT based in Pinheiros, São Paulo, where the startups received 15 finalists startups for a pitch fest.

Those finalists startups presented amazing projects – what made it difficult to Visa, GSVlabs and Kyvo’s experts to choose the winners.

The pitches had present innovative ideas in the FinTechs world and in English language. It was composed from biometric payments to bitcoins negotiation. After all, 5 finalists startups are:

Beetech: A currency exchange platform for the main currency exchange services in the world.

Dataholics: A unique platform that collect an enormous amount of data from social networks, generating a flow of security to the financial transactions and captures information from users’ financial potential.

Foxbit: Bitcoin trading and digital currency platform.

NextOne: Platform for increasing revenues in segments.

Saffe: Saffe is a mobile payment app that leverages world-class facial recognition technology to make your life easier and more secure. For instance, it’s possible to complete a financial transaction with a “selfie”.

For the next six months, the program will provide a consultancy in digital service innovation and one month in Silicon Valley, the startups will receive an investment with no equity and will have a facility to open new businesses with Visa and its partners.

How does The Track work? For the first two months, the startups will be catalyzed at Plug office in São Paulo. Then, an agent from each company will travel to GSVLabs in Silicon Valley for a month of networking, will receive mentorship, and will learn about the latest news in the area. After that, the startups will come back to Plug office in São Paulo, will be incubated and will participate of a Demo Day to present their products to investors.
